PROBLEMS

SOLUTION 
Chat-bots are interactive software platforms that are in applications, chat, email and SMS and can answer questions as if a person would do it. 42% of participants believe that automation technologies in these areas will maximize the quality of customer service. And 48% said that they already use automation technology for these business functions, with 40% planning to introduce some form of automated technology by 2020. According to preliminary estimates, this means a saving of $ 23 billion from annual wages, which does not even take into account additional costs for employees, such as health insurance. The Synthetics project introduces its product based on AI, targeted at the mass consumer.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
